I’m not sure if CNC is right for me?
If you are unsure, you are welcome to attend one activity and one general meeting as a guest (paying her own cost, if any is required). You may also attend a Hospitality Event, where a member of the Club’s Executive will meet with you, and possibly other prospective members, in an informal setting (coffee, anyone?) to give you a first-hand description of all CNC has to offer.
What is my Username?
When you forget your username, use this Forgot? link, also found in the Member Login section on the Home Screen.
Complete the Retrieve Username section.
What is my Password?
When you forget your password, use this Forgot? link, also found in the Member Login section on the Home Screen.
Complete the Reset Password section.
How do I Register for an Event?
When an event is being held, you will read about it in the current Newsletter sent to your email inbox. You must be an Activated member and Logged in the Member website to register. You may also look for the Invitation in the: -“What’s New” tab of the CNC website (*you must be Logged In to access)

– CNC’s Facebook pages will have at least one Events advertisement with a link (link to join FB may be found at the bottom of the newsletter u0026amp; in “What’s New” tab) The only place you will be able to Register and Pay for a CNC Event is via the PayPal link on our website. You don’t need a PayPal account: use the bottom button to pay with a debit/credit card. CNC does not issue receipts for events. You will receive an emailed receipt from PayPal (usually within minutes); this email is the only confirmation of your payment and is your RSVP. Please print or keep this email, as this shows your payment (and RSVP) has been recorded and processed correctly.
How do I know I am a Registered or Activated member of the CNC?
A Registered member has completed the application form, and will receive a system generated email confirming your registration, notifying you we are processing your payment. Registration is not Activation until we process your payment. Once we process your payment, you will receive a system generated email confirming your activation, and it will include details to Log-in to the CNC Members website. Other useful links are in this email, so keep it handy. If you are not sure you have been activated, please email us.
How long does it take to process my membership Payment?
PayPal payments usually take 24-48 hours. Your PayPal receipt is confirmation of your membership.
If you experienced any problems with your PayPal payment, please email us and let us know you wish to pay via PayPal, so we can issue you an invoice for speedy processing.
Are there activities in the evenings and on weekends?
Yes, there are activities at this times, as well as many during weekdays.
May my partner/spouse join in activities?
Many activities are limited to members, but occasionally, partners/spouses join in by invitation. As well, there are currently a few interest groups which regularly allow partners/spouses to join in.
